In the summer, the temperature is 61 degrees Fahrenheit to 75 degrees Fahrenheit making.     A natural disaster that affected France, financially and economically was in December of 1999, Cyclone Lothar hit France while moving more than 120 miles per hour.  Economically, Lothar caused over EUR 15 billion worth of damages.  Over 140 people lost their lives due to this storm.
